I have made it through another day. I only had one breakdown tonight, and had to take a couple of minutes to get my breath. We worked our lower bodies tonight, and there was no stopping for 60 mins. It was nice to have another person wearing the vest with me tonight. Judy one of the other recruits owed the trainer one more day with the vest and she was not taking no for an answer. The trainer told us that she had been too nice to us and she was not going to take any complaining tonight. Only 2 more days of the vest.

Ryan is what - - - 28lbs? I carried her upstairs from the basement and nearly passed out when i got to her bedroom. i couldnt imagine 60 minutes of that. KRIKEY!
