getting caught up

A few months ago I made a goal with myself that  I wanted to have all of my pictures from 2009 (yes I am that far behind) all scrapbooked.  I had all of Noah's pages done so I just needed to focus on the family album and then Ashton's.  For the boys I do one layout a month and then for the family album it is all the holidays and special events I want to remember. 

Well here we are in 2011 and I didn't quite finish my goal but I am close, I only have one more layout to go and I will be done. But in my defense I also decided that I wanted to start a scrapbook for Jason with the pics when he was a child.  So I stopped working on our family ones to work on his album.  I got about 20 or so pages done for him and gave it to him for his birthday.

 Then it is onto 2010, I tried taking a pic a day and I did pretty good for the most part I am missing a few days here and there each month but I am going to be okay with that.  I ordered Project Life from Becky Higgins and it arrived yesterday, I am very excited to get all my pics together and get closer to being caught up.   I got the album all set up and have the first week done.  I can definitely see how this is going to be quite a bit simpler than the traditional layouts.
